Dublin Holistic Centre is located in a beautiful Georgian building in Dublin city. If learning to connect more deeply to others and to yourself sounds appealing, try Loving Kindness Meditation. The course runs for five weeks and it’s suitable for complete beginners. Participants are asked to practise daily and the group will discuss their experiences at each session.
But if a course seems like too much of a commitment, Oscailt also runs one-day workshops and drop-in meditation classes. The drop-in mindfulness classes are open to beginners, as well as people who want to develop their practice. And if you’re new to meditation, the centre’s five-week courses are a great way to dive in. At Dublin Buddhist Centre, the courses focus on loving-kindness meditation, mindfulness, and breathing.
A course will help you to develop an understanding of the core elements of meditation while giving you the chance to enjoy its stress-reducing benefits. the opportunity. Classes are always free and are run by volunteers. Participants learn the core elements of the practice, before following a guided meditation. In Dublin, there are Sahaja classes on Fridays from 7.30pm-8.30pm in Temple Bar.
